- (SDL) Eat your vegetables - Vegetarian Cookbook for Students

The Raw-Food Diet is the natural, powerful, and beautiful way to live in harmony on Earth. It is based on the discovery that we should nourish ourselves on the foods provided by Nature in their original uncooked state as all other creatures on Earth have always done since the beginning of time. Our food choices deeply and radically affect the way we think, feel and behave. By improving our food choices, we improve our health and happiness. By improving our food choices, we shape a new, wonderful destiny for ourselves and our fellow beings. The book is designed to take the reader on a voyage of self-discovery. The authors present a complete philosophy of natural nutrition. They combine logic with emotion in an effective call to action. They describe that a raw-food, fruit-based diet is the path which will lead humanity out of the present chaos into a bountiful future. The authors blast away at civilization’s conventional feeding patterns using a compelling stream of descriptive language guaranteed to charge your emotions and electrify your senses.
