Hiltl. Virtuoso Vegetarian,
Werd Verlag
ISBN 2-85932-291-5 (English version)
Vegetarian cuisine has never been more popular. Nowhere is this as obvious as at the Hiltl in Zürich, the oldest vegetarian restaurant in Europe. For this centenary book, Rolf Hiltl has selected more than 60 favourites from his current menu. But this is more than a cookery book. It is a success story in hospitality, to which four generations of the Hiltl family have contributed.
